Admit it. We've all been there. Reaching over and grasping air in the general direction of the stand next to our beds, hoping we remembered to put Ibuprofen and Gatorade there when we came in and passed out the night before; while accomplishing all of this with our eyes closed if we're lucky.
I definitely learned a couple of tricks in college mainly containing Tylenol, Pepto Bismal, saltines and water (I hate Gatorade)!
Now at 28, if I slightly overdid it the night before with wine, I forfeit the greasy food option and go to healthier means. And all you have to do is count to four! As in: Eat. Drink. Sleep. Breathe.
