Given that Texas is known for grapefruits, I will pick up a couple from a local farmers' market. Grapefruits reminds me of my Dad who loved to eat them for breakfast. His recipe was simple. Cut grapefruit in half then individual sections and inside the rind, broil for a minute or two, sprinkle with cinnamon and honey. Good stuff!
