When you fast for an extended amount of time, your body is forced to use your fat for energy and nourishment, therefore helping you lose weight easily. Types of Intermittent Fasting Schedules -A number of predetermined fasting schedules already exist. And, you can pick the one that will best fit your lifestyle, or your experience level. If none of the ones already out there look like they would work for you, create your own! As long as you are fasting longer than 12 hours. I am trying out the intermittent fast using Fastic and by far it is going pretty good. I am doing the 16:8 since I am a beginner, but I must say when i started the fast I was like it it's going to be easy but since I knew I was going to fast it got psychological and my body was telling me your hungry eat. ha But I didn't give in. I've been doing this fast for a week now going on a total of 81hours whoa. With exercise and fasting I have saw a little results. It's not going to happen overnight so I am going to stay positive. Thank you for introducing me to Fastic App.
